Robert Wooldridge
My control line Marquis gave me a lot of pleasure 40 years ago and know I would like to build an electric R/C model. Does any one have plans or info as to where they can be obtained. Thanks Bob W

Mark Lubbock
Replikit (now Green Air Designs) do a Marquis kit or short kit-it is also on one of their plan CD's-these are well worth getting if you are into that sort of thing-I have the full set-loads of old KK, Mercury & Veron plans you can print off yourself.I too built a Marquis C/L (DC Sabre powered) back in the early '70s as a schoolkid-happy days!!! Stuart Morris
I have dug out my 50 year old Marquis plan and scaled it up 200% to 60inch span. Almost finished the wing. I have included about 2inch of dihedral and will be powered by an original OS 60 FS open rocker. Although the engine is over 20 years old it has never ran. If I can keep the weigh down I am hopeing for a good flying model.I have always liked the Marquis and have toyed with the idea of doing this for years. Has anyone out there done this already and if so any information would be appreciated.. A canopy may be my only real problem.
