Adrian Smith 1 Posted August 18, 2014 Share Posted August 18, 2014 Anybody know of a prop drilling jig that can be used with an OS 60 GT? I have a universal one that came with my MVVS 50 and of course sod's law that out of all the available holes none match! I see plenty of jigs for DLE DA et al and wondered if any would suffice. I know I could use the prop plate on my OS where the 4 bolts secure the prop, but I wouldn't want to accidentally make the holes bigger with my dodgy drilling expertise. On the 3D drawing with all the measurements you could ask for it unhelpfully doesn't mention the precise distances on the plate where the M5 holes are.
