I have 2 questions please. 1st is as part of my subscription I am entitled to a fee gift, a building jig. I tried to enter the code to redeem the offer but it did not accept it. Who should I contact to question this? 2nd, I am trying to access subscription members only area and unable to as it says I need to be a subscriber? Pete B Posted November 17, 2015 Share Posted November 17, 2015 Hi Craig, I've just had a look and as WF suggests, your subscriber number isn't shown on your forum details. Should be on your subscription correspondence and also on the magazine wrapper. I'll let Beth Ashby know about the code number - I don't know if it is necessary for the redemption but again, as WF says, the gifts can take a while to deliver.
