PatMc
Posted by Paul Scott 5 on 08/05/2016 20:09:29: Hi Chris it's been pointed out now that it's a Piper Super Cub not a Flair, The Flair Cub is a semi-scale Super Cub. The model appears to have been well built by an experienced builder, it could be a Flair Cub "tarted up" a bit to make it look closer to scale. reg shaw
Another vote for the RM84 plan. A mate has just bought one from a car boot and yours is exactly the same. The main give aways being the ailerons have an unusual hinge set up which leaves a little notch at the outer end of the hinge line, as in your pics. There's also the 'duct' for the back of the two stroke exhaust to nestle into. I think the plan was for a .30 size two stroke so you'll have bags of power with a 40FSR!! Ian.
