I've just bought this "bullet" type of video camera, it looks like a good alternative to GoPro and seems to be good value for money. It gives me the opportunity to attach some flying shots and demonstrate even more graphically than a still photo can how profoundly good I can be at making a complete idiot of myself.

However, how do I upload videos to a post? I have tried to do it exactly as a photo but the computer simply times out and can't do it. Can any friendly forumites give me clues how to do this please?

I've followed the instructions and this is what I'm getting. I'm seeing a red box with IFRAME in the middle, when I posted  there was  nothing,nowit's appeared twice!.
