Imbeciles flying their drones willy-nilly have caused the Canadian Parliament to legislate drone usage by non-commercial operators. And of course, everyone is whinging about the NannyState,not blaming the morons who cause airliners veering or water- bombers stopping because of crew safety or damaging cars or the peeping toms.
