Jonathan Lewzey
I'm looking at the Dragon, mini Dragon and micro floh XL from www.gogliding.net. Has anyone flown any of these aircraft, as they look good value for money.

Jonathan Lewzey
i'd agree that the micro floh is good, cos i've seen one fly, but its quite small and i wanted something 60"+. They all look like good first mouldies, but if anyone has any (reasonably priced) suggestions, i'm open to all ideas. The plan is to get something ready for next season. Tim Mackey
A guy at the Orme today had the mini Dragon - flew well, fast and neat, and reasonably easy to track in the sky. a mate has one of these FVK bandit and it goes like a bat out of hell ( he has the powered version... but I believe they do a pure slope version too ) Nice kit, good quality and as I say FAST! Tom Satinet
to be honest, I know someone who had a micro floh and we ended up calling it the "sh*tecrofloh". This was the XL version it has to be said. the normal one is a bit better. that said the tail/wing decalage is wrong and the tail needs to be blocked up for the plane to fly straight (bizarrely not mentioned on the review on flying sites......) Jonathan Lewzey
not sure about the bandit - i was after something V tail.is it possible that the micro floh was a friday evening job? i've only ever heard positive remarks about it. Any thoughts on the mini blade? another model in my price range. i know some people love blades and some hate them.

iawnski
my microflo goes like , off a shovel, highly manoverable, shes alright close in were i can see her, but have had a few terra firma wacks at distance ,((could have been pilot error noooooooo but still flies ok,but can be a little so and so at a bit of distance i myself would go for a bigger one ,easier to see and a lot easier to get them big fingers in a small space. but hey this is only my oppinion up to you
Tom Satinet
you can get a banana for pretty cheap from www.sloperacer.co.ukThe build is a little fiddly, but it's a nice plane for a good price. mini dragons always seem quick. If you do get a micro floh i would get the normal one rather than the XL.
Jonathan Lewzey
size isn't really an issue as i fly a limit ex most of the time on the slopes. its bright yellow on the top and dark red on the underside, which really helps as its only 20" span! the mini dragon looks like a good option.
