winchweight
Like Keiran says. Depending on where you are, you maybe entitled to join the RAFMAA, but I don't know if the Army has it's own organisation, so much as your own regt or Corps. I bet they do.And as a member you are entitled to fly on any British Military base with the CO's approval.Army Air Corps Model Aircraft Club
Richard Lewis
I am based at ATR Bassingbourn which has a BMFA club flying there. It is an old RAF base with its own runway. I am currently flying with this club. The club flys on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Wednesdays is usually the retired gents from the club in the morning and then working members turn up in the afternnoon. The top selling point is the strip is 500m from my office, so you can guarentee I am there most Wednesday afternoons.
winchweight
Richard, I'd contact the AACMAC and see what they are affiliated to. You may get a discounted rate and as serving personel be entitled to fly on MOD property without needing to have the DLA licence.
