Tim Kearsley Posted August 19, 2008 Share Posted August 19, 2008 Hi all,Anyone out there building or built the 60-size P51 from Hangar 9? I'm about half-way through and have noted an issue or two. I found the mechanical retracts so difficult and fiddly to fit that I have binned them and have ordered a set of the electric retracts from Lado. Also, fitting the wing to the fuselage last night I find the wing mounting bolts only just "bite". I'm going to buy similar bolts but a half-inch longer from the local ironmonger as soon as I can.Be interested to hear of anyone else's experiences.Cheers,Tim.
