Brian Matthews
Hi, I have just bought a Multiplex Minimag along with some Zacki Elapor glue. The bottle says to read the instructions, what instructions? Has anyone used this stuff? I think that I read somewhere that a kicker is not needed for this glue. Any assistance will be appreciated.ThanksBrian

Tim Mackey
I am pretty sure that elapor is safe when used with regualar cyano rather than the foam safe stuff. I think use of kicker is optional.
Pete Rieden
"Zacki" is cyano. For Elapor use ordinary (not "foam safe") medium cyano. Multiplex have a good tip in the instructions - spray activator on one surface and let it dry, then aply the cyano to the other side and bring the two together to make the joint. This is a good way of ensuring that large-area cyano joints actually cure all the way through! letting the activator dry before making the joint slows the cure slightly, so it's not a sudden grab.PDR
Brian Matthews
Thanks, by activator do you mean kicker? I have never used any of this stuff before.
