Nigel R
Further to above, I think Wind is probably just a bit big for the 40V. You may disagree The 3 kits, Bullet, Magician and Hornet are sized somewhere between the Wind and Breeze. Vertigo is an ugly stik in slightly different clothes. Plank wing, square box fuselage. I don't know that I would call it a pattern ship. It is also quite big for a 40 V and has a very fussy tail end construction. The Kaos type was a far better evolution of Vertigo. If you can get one exported/imported, there is an american company doing a full built up kits of the kaos 40 **LINK** see "Super Kaos JR Wood wing short kit" Or, how about a Gator Flea: https://www.eurekaaircraft.com/plan_kits/gatorflea.htm Edited By Nigel R on 19/05/2020 09:48:
David Davis
Thank you Nigel R and everybody else who has contributed. I have just sent an email to Eureka Aircraft expressing my interest in the Super Kaos Junior. It looks like a simple build and it has a flat upper suface on the fuselage which means that I could easily mount the pipe permanenetly in position. The Galaxy models appealed because of their value for money. They are fine sports aerobatic models but I wanted to try out a real baby pattern ship.
