Den Moran
Hi! Still on fuel nipples for my ASP 4s .61 - the fuel intake nipple is a vertically pointing 'normal' nipple. Because of lack of space , I would like to put a right angled fuel intake nipple in its place. Does anyone know what screwthread I have to use, please? It looks like an M3, but I'd like to check before I order. Diolch, boys, Den
Engine Doctor
You will need to check the nipple that's fitted. I have come across nipples on these carbs that can have a fine M3 thread or a coarse thread. Possibly due to what was available when built. You could speak with Just Engineswho will probably have what you need.
