Battery checker

If you don't know, you don't know...

I recently bought a multi chemistry battery checker with an alarm.

The unit in my opinion ( guess work and electronics don't mix usually resulting in majic smoke and flames ) although had an info sticker, didn't give foolproof instructions as to connections and instructions of use.

I looked on the website but no info available. Some of the other products didn't have info etc. either !

Not good in my humble opinion.

I emailed the company and got a " not bothered" type reply.

I gave them my opinion and a mild threat.

Anyways had another email reply this morning giving more info, which they have posted on the web site, which I will check later.

The info given is now more foolproof and more or less adequate.

I will use the info and unit a test tonight and post on the website and honest review.

At least that company has listened, taken stock and done something about that particular issue. Hopefully they will get a "well done" email.

We shall see.....
