John McClean
I'm balancing my Fairchild PT-19 (from Seagull Models)and the instructions say 6.5 cm - 7.5 cm back from the leading edge of the wing measured at the "wing tip". Is this right, as most CGs are at the "wing root"? Has anyone got some advice please?

Ken Tarran
Hi John, Were you able to get to the bottom of the C of G issue that you raised in your post? I have the same model and am at the point of checking the C of G and also find it most unusual to measure at the wing tip.
