Bob Cotsford Posted February 10, 2009 Share Posted February 10, 2009 I'd guess this is because they are photo-identity cards as well as licenses, so the photo needs to be kept reasonably up-to-date. If they aren't updated regularly (as your passport is), then today's 18 year old could still be using the same license photo in 52 years at the age of 70. Owen Hailey Posted February 10, 2009 Share Posted February 10, 2009 Hi all This is so very tipical of our very crafty tax people, make sore we only get hafe the pic, and then when it all gose peare shapped they bung on a hefty fine, letts face it there are hundreds and thousands of people driving without any licenses at all in the first place, and only a few ever get stoped so most will never no they have been in breach of the law. happy days Owen.
