Keat
Guys. I bought a second hand, but in great condition 35 mhz T6EXA, to be used mainly as a buddy box, but no doubt a second transmitter later down the line. S/N 470508. Lot No 03043 One of the officails at my club, seems to think that these may have been subjected to a recall at some time or another, and for obvious reasons, suggests, I have this confirmed, before I but anything in the air with it. I can't find an email link on the Ripmax website, so thought I post the question on here .. Thanks for any info you may have Keaton
David Ashby - Moderator
Hi Keaton The only recall I'm aware of is the 2.4Ghz 'common coding' recall last year but that affected the 2.4 version, not the one you have. The 6EX is used widely in the UK, it's a popular low-end computer set. One friend has three and swears by 'em. Amongst other TX's, I use the 2.4 version of the 6EX for my smaller electric models and it's been just fine.
