toto
I don't know if this will be of interest to anybody at all but this is really just a test post to try out my new " Editors keys" ( Company name ) custom keyboard for my Davinci Resolve video editing software. Its a QWERTY keyboard with numeric pad but with various shortcut function keys built in and overlaid onto the standard keys. you can have these supplied specifically for all sorts of photo and video editing software, photoshop .... Adobe etc etc and I dare say various other types of software applications from the supplier " Editors keys ". the keys are also backlit with 3 brightness levels and the ability tp have the backlighting switched on or off. The keyboards are very well labelled in terms of the base qwerty key values and the software shortcuts. I'll throw up a few images on another post as I am not organised at all. I was dying to try this out. Again .... if you are not interested in this ... my apologies. I'll bet there are some out there that are using video editing software though .... if so it maybe worth while taking a look at their products. They also do Gel type overlays for your standard keyboards if you don't want to run to the expense of a full blown pre-programmed keyboard. hope this may be of interest to someone. photo's to follow. toto
toto
photo's as promised ..... as it comes .... well enough packed without too much packaging etc .... full keyboard including numeric pad .... fully illuminated ....... and switched off ...... some of the Davinci Resolve shortcut keys .... and a few more on the numerical pad ... It looks quite easy to navigate from a secondary shortcut perspective with colour coded function guides throughout the keys highlighted in either Red, green or blue. the colours relate to certain " command " keys which are allocated to their respective key " sub setts " etc. much easier to understand when you can actually look at the whole keyboard. thats it for now. cheers toto
