Bryce Allcorn - BritFlight.co.uk
Have you used a hot melt gun? We recommend these for all our planes and they work really well. Cheers, Bryce.

Joe Roper
No I haven't tried a hot melt gun it seems to be my best option I will have to get one.Thanks.
Chris Card
Epoxy and hot melt glues are both quite dense and therefore heavy. That's at odds with the requirements of a lot of foamies. I tend to use Gorilla Glue which bonds foam quite effectively. You do have to be careful because the glue expands as it cures, so revisit it every 15 mins up to an hour and wipe away any excess. There is a white version of Gorilla Glue which would be better for foam than the normal pale brown version.
winchweight
I think that Rocket foam safe cyano is fume free and works pretty well, albeit not as fast as regular cyano. Another vote for Gorilla glue here as well. It does expand a huge amount though. Great for gap filling.
Joe Roper
Gorilla glue seems a good possibility I will give it a try as well as Rocket foam safe Ca
