yo timbo mate has it ben maidened yet ? ,oops sorry of subject, the salto above has been moved on had been told it was a pat teakle ? so i got me a  fly fly salto bit smaller but better for our slope ,im looking for the cg for her

Mine is set at 54mm back at the root rib.  And it flys brilliant with little tendancy to tip slall. i found the stock 60mm setting ok for glass smooth lift,  but if it was any sort of ruff air,  it was very un-pleasent to fly at anything other than flat out.

I had a Wik Salto for a few years and that had a heavily under cambered section and was very prone to flicking if abused. Eventually I cut a new wing with a transitional section for aerodynamic washout and also cut some into the wing. Flew well after that but with a narrow tip chord and a small V-tail I'd err on the side of caution.
