Hamish
I have now changed the above servo which started to hunt. Fortunately it was fitted to the throttle so no real problems arose. Started to stick, go full throttle or not respond immediately. Linkage was free. Is this a common problem and is there a reason.? This was a new servo and had no hard landings.Edited By Hamish McNab on 07/09/2009 20:54:
Ady Hayward
Hi Hamish, A bit strange for a new servo indeed. A thought is whether the servo lead was fully home in the receiver slot. I have had experience of servo connections not making contact too well in an older system i use (Futaba 6EXA 35MHz) so it may be worthwhile checking the servo in another RX slot for ground test only . Could be as simple as that, otherwise it would appear to be a faulty servo. Adrian
