David Ashby - Moderator
Hi Mike If you're asking me I'd say probably ok, although I havn't used this particular item I have used other small geared starters and like the size, they've started my Saito 1.00 with ease. My huge Sullivan starter is so wide I have difficulty getting my hand around it! It's less weight to lug down to the flightline too. David. YakMad
I used to use a large Sullivan starter to start my larger 1.20 to 1.80 four strokes but to my amazement a club mate started my Saito 1.80 with Kavan geared starter after my Sullivan let me down. I have since bought a Kavan starter and have less weight to lug out to the flying site, so I would think the Just Engine geared starter should work as good if not better.
