Dizz
What are the differences in the fan between the Squall and Interceptor please. I ask because the Squall performance has definitely taken a dip with the new impeller and I'm looking to restore a T:W >1.0Pete
Chris Card
I'm planning on putting a HET 6904 and HET3W into mine, when I get around to building it.
Brian Hammond
Hi Dizz,I don,t know the difference but the fan and motor from foamy jets is incredible and draws 517 watts on a 4cell 2250 30c lipo. The vertical performance has to be seen to be believed! Dizz
Cheers Brian. Reading between the lines on the Foamyjet Interceptor page the only difference would seem to be a 3500 vice 3400 kV motor. I have a Don's Wicked cool wind (4000kV) looking for a home so might give that a go if it will fit.Pete
Vinno
am thinking of a squall 4 cell but just wondering how fast the standard out of the box 4 cell is ? Hoping it will be quicker than my 400w funjet ?
Brian Hammond
Don,t know because mine came from foamyjets and they have packed up trading. The motor and fan was also supplied by them and it goes very quickly and is very noisy, great fun!
