Trouble is I'm not sure just what glue I used originally to stick on the tissue -so long ago & have no cellulose thinners to experiment with (might have been PVA) Most of the treated tissue (very brittle ) came off easily but left bits stuck to the framework .Not keen on sanding for obvious reasons but maybe the "left-overs" wouldn't show under solarfilm or more especially under solartex .I have enough of either to do the job ! The wings are no problem 'cos they were solarfilmed to start with and will be OK as they are ' The model by the way is from a plan called "TRIXIE"- now electrified so fuel proofing is not an issue anymore Has anyone filmed over treated tissue either ? since the fuselage frontal area is sound & i'd like to cover that with the same stuff Happy grumpy new year everybody (a bit belated but better than nothing ) Want to get it finished whilst I'm stranded Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
