In fact the Laser turned out to be a 50 quite rare and they are a perfect combination.It passed its noise test at 78 db but some coplained of it beig a bit "barky",so I fitted a second silencer.I had problems with this and eventually bought a new onre from Laser which "silenced" them as well as the model,I had problems with the cowl and purchased on from Carbon copy,very pleased with the services.That arrived on Monday and is now fitted.

Hopefully the engine arrives tomorrow and I can check it fits

Yes I understand Dave thanks.The OS 40 wont fit its to narrow and its to much to alter the model.Ive worked out a Saito 45 is the one and a friend Tony Prince who live in South Africa has one he is prepared to sell me.The better news is the engine is with his sister in Devon so itll soon be with me.

I purchased an OS 40 from a boat club who has a member who used to fly,should arrive tomorrow ,hope it fits !!!

Thanks everyone,I can see from the engine mount how much down thrust it has.Stu can you explain Dutch roll please.I think Ive found an engine just need to negotiate a price.Its an OS 40 surpasse 4 stroke.

Definitely was the sun limiting my sky and our no fly zone,shouldnt have taken off

The engine is fitted into the Super 60 but the throttle servo packed up so need to change that today
