HI GUYS Thanks for all your advice and suggestions. I have dug out a tin of varnish from the back of the shed and am going to use that with a pice of  Fablon stick on top. cheap and cheerfull , thats me.                                                           REG

HI Guys  I want to fuil proof  a small work bench (against glow fuil )    I read somewear that you can use Ronseal varnish, but witch one as there are several types  or would it better and cheaper to use glass fiber resin ?                                                                                              REG
