    Does anyone know what the thread size for the screws supplied with the kit for securing the wing struts are? The nuts on my model are soldered to the wing tabs and I have lost a couple of the screws.

    I had to change vehicles last year and, like some on here, didn't want to go down the diesel route as I do approx 5000/yr and most journeys are less than 5 miles. This pretty much rules out the Mondeo unless you get it to order. I narrowed it down to and Octavia, Superb or Avensis. None are all that common but I managed to acquire an Avensis and have been really happy with it. I can get 3 .60 size models in with ease.

    A question to those clubs that do welcome MRs Do you insist on a relevent BMFA certification to fly solo? We have had a number of enquiries from MR flyers and once we tell them they will require an A cert and we don't have the expertise to train them, we don't hear from them again. We fly from a public area and our rules have been agreed by the LA so I don't see this rule changing. Not that I think it should anyway.
