Hi All I forgot to mention my drawings are Jespers own drawings they were given to the brother in law of my friend who built the ill fated plane.his brother in law worked for British aerospace on there wind tunnel development,he was sent to Sweden to assist there workforce on the project & stayed with Jesper as he was also a model flyer Jesper gave him his drawings as designs had now moved on. Hi I rebuilt it with normal length fus,shifted wing foreward & took out 1 degree incedence,enlarged fin & rudder. Still trying to upload some pics, Barry

Hi All Have just seen your posting on frog mustfire,i aquired some bits of Mustfire from friend of mine who built it in the 60s but got shot down on his third flight,was virtually a write off,i have rebuit it fitted a laser 100 but with a few mods as he gave me the orignal drawings from Jesper von Segebaden with all his mods on after each of his Swedish champions ship wins,enlarging rudder , changing engine from merco to a veco,moving wing foreward to f13 & deceasing incidence by 1 deggree,1967 larger elevater & fus lengthend by 4".etc. Have only had 1 flight a dream to fly but kept climbing on anything over half throttle,have not had chance to re fly it owing to our lovely weather. Hi all. Flying my Wots Wot 2 weeks ago now had app 50 flights fantastic machine no vices until- took of couple of circuits pulled into loop Laser 70 cut, dead sticked on runway restarted laser adjusted needle [not been touched in 50 flights] took of again exactly the same problem,started laser again held plane vertical & inverted fine,back to runway when i noticed something shimmering in cockpit,only to find it full of fuel,stripped plane everything dripping fuel servos,rx battery pack,only to find tank bung have come out of tank,tank had been assembled & tested under water before instalation as i have done for the 45 yrs of flying.Tank now refitted & sealed round completley with silicone.While flying today my mates Laser 80 powersd Wots Wot that has done app 70 flights done exactley the same thing. I am a big fan of Lasers i have two 70s one unrun, the other in a dave platt 60" Waco bipe,two 90s one with only app three hrs running, in a 1/4 scale Little Toot bipe,other destined for my Galaxy Chipmunk,two 100s one in a Great planes 84" Taube sounds fantastic,the other in a 70" Zlin Acrobat,one 150 in a 1/4 scale Jungmiester. Have never had one stop in flight,two of them are inverted with no problems,start almost instantly,all running on Laser 5 fuel. Barry

Hi all,bert I dont think i will rebuild it as i have another one,& to many projects on the go,just finishing a Dave Platt Waco bipe 60" span,quite pleased with that its only come out at 6lb 3 oz with gear & laser 70,just aquired a Galaxy models chipmunk 70" span kit,plus sitting in box graupner yak 54 63" span ARTF{against all my principles] but what the heck. so busy times ahead as not the best weather for flying. barry

Hi Bert Red toot i bought from you flew lovely on my spare super tigre 75 2 stroke,similar performance to my other laser 90 powered one,it came to grief on it,s 6th flight while doing a rolling circle,suddenly nothing came down at full throttle,top wing survived that was about all,traced it to a loose crystal holder on my field force 6, new i should have put my 2.4 in it,at least i got a nice video of its first flight.
