  1. Hi Graham I think Geoff Dales idea of a Miles Magister would be good as it's not difficult to build but makes a nice scale model that would suit ic or electric and doesn't create at compex build so that is my sugestion as well. Feedback please Graham. DC
  2. Hi Nick Its not difficult but you need to be carefull. First of all NO soldering is needed. All that you have to do is transfer the ratchet and springs from one side to the other. Take out the TX battery and then undo the 4 screws holding the case together. Once you have the rear of the case of the undo the aerial and the the single screw holding the circuit board by the aerial. You see on the throttle a ratchet spring that needs to be removed and transfered to the other stick. On your elevator stick is a return spring that needs to be transfered to what was the throttle. Be carefull as its tiny and could get lost!!I would sugest that you do all this with the TX laid on a cloth so you don't lose any parts. If you have any doubt about doing it then take it to your local model shop and I am sure they will do it for you while you wait. Hope this helps. DC
  3. Hi John I had a few years ago a mick reeves spit and fitted a 70surpass. It looked great with a 3 blade but the performance was nowhere as good as when I fitted an APC 2blade. Remember John that the 3 blade does give you better ground clearance. DC
  4. 6 Large petrol (84inch w/s plus ) 6 with 4strokes fitted 1 trainer for practise!! 1 electric twin 1 electric glider All scale bar the glider and all ready to fly
  5. I've used 4strokes for many years and OS & SC I have found to be very reliable but as with any engine if you look after it, it will look after you. My OS70 surpass has given me faithfull service for 15yrs and is still going strong. I always use after run after a days flying and make my own brew of fuel which is mainly ML70 and 5%nitro. Hope this helps
