I've got my foreplane servo on a switch to activate/deactivate it. I don't think I've flown it without it activated but I can give it a try and report. Mine had a bit of a mishap last fall. A combination of a weak launch and less than full throttle. Truth be told, I was a bit cocky and showing off (isn't that when it always happens??!!). It fell out of the sky on the nose, shoved the foreplane back a bit and boogered the covering. It gave me the chance to reshape the nose and remove the silver from the fuse then replace it with white. I'm glad this great model continues to draw pilots to it. Too much fun!
