  2. Thanks Timbo Yes, I have experienced the short delay while the system finds it'self !!, However this delay was for approx 15 mins before i decided to take the model home! When i got home the system still did'nt connect. this is when the I recharged and then had to Re-Bind. Alan
  3. Hi I have had my Spectrum know for a couple of months and i have to say it has preformed very well. However what has prompted me to write this posting is that, the other weekend when i was out i decided to have "one last flight" when i switched on the system, nothing, not a dicky bird and dispite me checking the connections ect. no fault was found. I went home charge up the batteries and still nothing, I decided to RE-Bind the system now all is well. Scary !!!! Any comments or advice would be appreciated.

    Tips

I have been thinking of ways to fill and drain a tank without the need to remove a cowl to access the carb feed for draining or holding the model verically at the end of the day to drain the tank. The answer seems to be use two clunks 1st clunk fitted as usual and connected to the carb, but another clunk running along side connected to one vent that you can fill and drain, with the other vent pressurising in the normal way and acting as the tank full indicator.Hope this is of use to anyone.
  12. Peter my email address is [email protected] send me yours and we can talk direct the above email is my office address my home address is [email protected] cheers Alan
