  1. Hi all, I have just had word that this is now fixed! It's been tested on Windows 7 and IE 11 up to Windows 10 and Edge, macOS 10.10 - 12 and Safari 9 - 10.1.1, iOS9, iOS10 and android devices. When it's convenient, would you mind having a check and seeing if it's now working for you and if not, what device and platform it's not working on. Many thanks Beth
  2. Hi Paul, I'm sorry it is taking a while but it's still being worked on, it hasn't been an easy fix, but we are still on it. Beth
  3. Morning, Just want to update you all with the progress... it seems the iOS updates are causing the problems. Our IT guy has been working to try and ensure the magazines can be viewed on all iOS updates, however when one works, the other doesn't. He is working alongside the developer of this website to get things sorted, but it could be a next week fix. Again, thank you for your patience... we are doing all we can. Beth
  4. Thank you all for your feedback, I've had a message back from our tech guy that there does seem to a problem with the HTML versions and so he is looking into a fix as we speak, Beth
  5. I've just had a message back from the tech guys and they've asked if it is all issues that you cant view, or just one or two? Thanks for your patience, Beth
  6. Hi all, I've just tried viewing from my iPad from this website in safari and it opens as a new tab and I can view the magazine. In the past, sometimes the browser used has made a huge difference to what you can see. I've sent a 'help' email to our tech guy and will get back to you when I have anything. Beth
  7. Hi all, I've been looking into all three accounts and you are all set up with the correct subscription in the back systems of this website and I am able to view the magazine as they should be on a PC screen. Have you tried clearing the cache on your iPad? This can sometimes work miracles! If you still have no luck, if you let me know, I will go back to the subscriptions department and see what they can do their end. Beth
  8. The new issue should be in shops from today Tom
  9. Hi Karl, Someone should be back with you today, as they stick by a two working days rule. If you haven't heard anything by the end of the day today, it could be worth dropping them a call (0344 243 9023) Beth
  10. Hi Christopher, It's being uploaded as we speak to the various platforms but does take a while. I've just checked it on here and I can see page 48 as it should be. So it could be worth signing in and out and then check again. Beth
  11. Hi Karl, I've just emailed my colleague who uploads the digital issues and asked her if she could reupload this issue, as it sounds like this page has just gone astray. However I don't think she monitors her emails at the weekend, so I think it'll be a Monday fix! Thank you very much for letting us know about this though! If you've emailed help@rcme you should get a reply within two working days. If you do have any more problems, do let me know and I'll see how I can help. And I'll keep you updated re-page 48. Beth
  12. Hi Pete, The irons arrived with our supplier on Friday, so we are expecting to receive them in our warehouse this week and then we will send them out straight away, so I would expect that it will be with you end of next week. Sorry for the delay, their ship took a little longer to sail over than expected! Beth
  13. The poll is just looking at purely building, taking a plan, be it from a magazine or of your own design and then building a plane from there. Not building a model from a kit, or assembling an ARTF. Hope that makes sense! Edited By Beth Ashby Moderator on 25/04/2017 15:46:43
  14. Published plans or own drawn plans are absolutely fine. It was more a poll to find out how many people have built from (any sort) of plan, as opposed to an ARTF kit.
  15. Posted by Jon Harper - Laser Engines on 24/04/2017 13:34:26: are kits included? Just plan built models this time!
  16. Wihtgar, if you send an email to [email protected] or call 0344 243 9023 they will be able to tell you.   Rob, I'm sorry you haven't received it yet. If you give the subscriptions department a quick call on the above number, they will be able to tell you straight away. Alternatively if you PM me your details, I will speak to my contact there but it may take a couple of days. Edited By Beth Ashby Moderator on 24/04/2017 15:44:38
  17. After much deliberation, we finally have agreed on a winner... David Mellor with " The construction phase of Steve's Spitfire had not gone entirely to plan. Having super-glued his hand to the fuselage, he felt there was now only one way forward......" David, if you'd like to PM me your address, I can pop your prize in the post. Thank you very much for all your contributions...now to search the archives for another caption worthy photo!
  18. Thank you for all your captions! We'll be announcing the winner in a few more days
  19. Hi Tony, That's strange, I sent you a reply yesterday with the results of what the subscriptions department found! If you drop an email to [email protected], then I can reply there and will know you have definitely received it. Beth
  20. Richard, It may be that you haven't received the magazine because you subscribed after the cut off date for that particular issue. If you email me through your subscriber number or address, then I can look into this for you. Tony, i'm sorry to hear you've had these delivery problems. If you send me through your subscription number, I will have a look and see if there is an underlying problem. Thank you Beth
