Remember the "Balsacraft" Bearcat? I`m looking for a kit, can anybody help!I had one years ago powered with a speed 600 and nicads imagin what it would be like with a brushless and lipo combo.Colin.

Hi, the alloy backplate is more rigid and in my opinion a better buy but either will do the same job.What you must know is that you will need less clearence (between the cowl and front of engine hub) for the alloy backplate type because it sits directly on the propdriver whereas the cheaper all plastic type overlaps back over the propdriver.I`m sorry if that doesn`t make sense. If you can`t understand I`ll try and put it another way.   Colin.

        I wunder if you`ve left ya fuel bottle open so as moisture can get in, just a shot in the dark. Colin.

Be interesting to know how this affects the noise level Pete. I have in the past bored out the baffle on an "SC" engine which had simular problems, this cured the too much pressure problem and kept the dreaded noise down. Colin.

Correctum,as you`ll see the plug is futaba style so you can`t get it wrong(famous last words) Colin.

 Paul, I need advice off you.Do you know were the c of g should be please. Colin.

First of all do a range check(aerial down on tx and about 30 paces)does the duel con rx have a duel con crystal fitted?Low battery`s and 2 servo`s in the same channell? I`m not saying these are faults, just possibilities.Other than that change the servo.As for the flight, without a doubt centre of gravity too far rearward,add a little wieght to the firewall.Good luck.      Dave there`s a flat pack available with a short lenght of wire and a futaba plug on the end which plugs into your tx.If you look in the batt compartment you`ll see a hole which is the futaba shape and pins to receive the plug.Try Overlander and proberbly any model shop. Good Luck. Colin.
