  1. What is the covering used on micros like Night Vapour? And how is it fixed to carbon or foam framework?
  2. I think most are now EPO. Expanded polyolefin. EPP expanded polypropylene is used in the more durable models like slope soarers but is not very mouldable.
  3. Can anyone tell me if you can use an orange wireless usb dongle with phoenix?
  4. How do I delete or edit one of my posts?

  8. It's a scam. I've had several. Same pattern, someone else has something you want. Best ignored.
  9. This is a fibreglass moulded cowl made by taking a silicone cast if an original as the original had become delaminated from its gel coat. Unfortunately the model went before I completed the cowl. If anyone has a use for it, it needs some slight further smoothing and painting. It is stronger than the original having been triply layered up and there is no gel coat. Uncut. The original is also available minus its gel coat. £20 including post for both.
  10. Got it out to take some pictures but weather appalling so indoors. It is 60 inch span. Missing the cowl. It is very strongly built from a kit. Veneered foam wings. Good tight covering all fuel proofed. Needs about a 70 four stroke.
  11. A long shot. I came across this wing pack in a job lot box. It is labelled Zirolli ME109 Belair Kits. But I can't find that listed under Zirolli wing packs. Does anyone recognise it . I'm not sure if it's complete as the pack has been opened. Maybe someone who has built a Belair ME109 could throw some light? If anyone has a use for this let me know.
  12. Yes thanks. Too expensive!

  21. Pair of 670kv Axi 2820/18 "Multirotor" Motors These are the 70cm lead type with prop adapters. 670kv for 4 and 5s use. Slightly used but excellent condition. Ideal for a twin engined scale model as these high torque motors will take large props up to 14 inch with 5s lipos. £60 posted
  22. Well I tried the hinge repair with uhu por as per you tube etc. Waste of time. I yse this glue is for minor repairs. pU glue is usually much better as it wicks into the foam. Maybe uhu works for small wing aileron hinges but not a pitts special 1400mm. I will revert to what I know, tape and plastic hinges. Actually it surprises me how we rely on these compressed foam hinges on large models. My 2m cub had the same issue.
