check the u/c mounts in the wings if you can. could be a weak spot -
I sent off the plane to Falcon Aviation First Class. The Post Office have not delivered them yet - still its been only 10 days Anyway, if I don't hear anything by Jan 6th then i will have to send them off again. So at the moment I am installing the rudder and elevator servos, pictures to follow.........in a day or two

John Hill 6 et al , News for you.... Here are some pics of the undercart after 1st fix (bolt holes done and everything lined up and working properly-but nothing epoxied or permanently fixed yet... above you can just see the centre bracket on the crucifix for the rear stay.

Servo reverse lead. Or if you are using a Futaba servo put a Hitec on the rudder, I think they work the opposite way round to each other.

Love solartex. very good at going round corners, shrinks well ( can be quite forgiving). easy to work with. Paint it with solarlac and cover with clearcote if needed.

Got a 61 four stroke in mine. Flew well on Saturday. Just cruised round slow blipping the throttle...brummm........brummmm

He is only making a small bracket to bolt onto the rear of the central crucifix for mounting the rear strut. There is nothing to it but I didn't have a bench grinder then when he did it. Found this picture that might help

JH6 I will post pictures of my modified Falcon undercart ( Falcon Models is not the same as Falcon Aviation). A engineering mate of mine is doing the scale bracket for the Stampe.
