  1. Finger and thumbs for me. I suppose it came from switch flicking before this fancy proportional stuff came along.
  2. I only have 2 flying kits but I do have over 100 plastic kits waiting for my retirement.
  3. This has just whetted my appetite. I have an original 1960s Mercury Matador kit in the loft that I bought new but never gor round to building. I guess now is a good time to bring it to life. However, now that I am all electric, I guess that I will have to do some modifications.
  4. Age: 58 Electric Sport, Electric Heli, I.C. Heli Aged 8, K.K. glider.  Can't remember which one.  
  5. Hi Adrian,  I believe that the only place you can fly in the New Forest is at Beaulieu airfield.  There is no Bieulieu club as such but you need a permit to fly which you can obtain from "Mainly Boats and Palanes" model shop in Eastleigh.  The Southampton model club also flys at the Beaulieu site but I believe that the permit is still required by their members.
