Tony Smith 7
For marine use there are special "injection resin" Epoxy variants, that are designed to soak into the substrate. Typically that would the used to treat bare wood, then carbon or glass fibre weave would be built up using "laminating resin". Look for products from "SP Systems", "West" or "de IJssel" - you might have to scratch around to find small packs but for example I got a West kit that has a little of everything.
