I have been studying the plan quite a bit and your photos' have cleared up a couple of items. Where do you get Depron from? B&Q? I did see something like it in B&Q but it did'nt look right so I left it alone. When you say 'pipe foam' do you mean the stuff that goes around the outside of water pipes etc.? I am building one , Have made the wing panels from 2 sheets of 3 mm eezeefloor sandwiched over a 150 mm drain pipe, dried for one week, used waterproof PVA glue. The body is 3/4 finished, also glued with PVA except for the vertical panels which were glued with polyurethane glue after brushing the contact surfaces with water to make it harden.
