Thomas Barwick
Hey, Went to maiden my hunter today and saw that there was quite a lot of twist on the vertical stabilizer which i was unsure if it was meant to have it, thus i didn't fly until i know if it is meant to be like that . Also i have the lander 6s set up with the 900w high power unit . My auw is 2.0KG i am getting a static thrust of 1.55 KG (i added and efflux tube ) at 850w. Is this going to be a good enough thrust to weight ratio or do i need to strip some bits out to save weight . Any help would be appreciated, Cheers, Tom Edited By Thomas Barwick on 07/02/2011 17:08:
James Hindle
Hi tom, Can you post some pictures so we know what you mean, I've got the 6S version with everything on it including the electric retracts (they are way cool) , she's rather heavy but flies a treat, the only thing I wound is that the elevator would not centre with the pushrod system so i opted for sullivan cables which did the trick
