Phil 9
just got one of these as a present. tried it out in the workshop but there seems to be a hiss on the sound in this normal?

Phil 9
I tried a gum cam and the quality of film seemed better. but I had problems with it just swiching itself off in flight so I thought I would try a better (or so I thought) cam. the function of controling it from the tx is good but I was hoping for better quality footage. The films on the web dont seem to bad. I will see if I get better results in flight. the wind and motor will cover the hiss i expect. PatMc
The sound on my FlycamOne2 is rubbish. I always delete it when editing.
Phil 9
I guess its just a bit of fun and not serious aerial photography / video equipment. but I was expecting a little better>>
PatMc
The picture resolution on the Flycam varies a lot with the light conditions. If it's bright & sunny the quality is moderate but if it's overcast it's not worth bothering. I'm seriously considering trying my standard digital camera. It only weighs 154g with a picture size up to 640x480 or 848x480. I'll need to refurb my old Junior60 or build something first to accomodate it.. James40
I picked one up a few weeks ago, not tested it out yet though. Too many projects and ideas, not enough time.
