Noel Eaton
Hi Rusty, I often get problems with switches on Phoenix too , I usually have several goes at programming my Tx under "custom" or "transmitter not listed" ,that way you start from scratch and switches will "sometimes"decide to work, but I very often have to try several times and then only get gear but not flaps or flaps but not gear and so on , I hope you find an answer to this I,ll be following this thread with interest Noel
Rusty C
Noel Mmmmm very strange one this as I haven't read of any other cases. I did try the custom setup as you spoke about but to no avail. Hopefully someone can shed some light on this one. Oh and in case it matters I am a spekky user. Thanks for any help. Aky208
I have a similar problem (also using spek) haven't been able to sort it so far. Jasen
Vecchio Austriaco
as it looks a common problem. Experienced the same. Spektrum DX7 user Cheers VA
Andy Mc
Same problem here too with a Speccy DX6i
Noel Eaton
Phoenix now refuses to recognise any switches at all on my new DX8 ! I then tried to go back to the old DX6 and it wont recognise any of those either !! Any IT/Simulator experts out there with a fix ? It really does spoil the experience to not be able to use flaps or retract gear etc Noel
Rusty C
Mmmmm This is bugging me now, May have to get on to the pheonix guys and see whats going on! Anyone on the mighty forum have the fix rusty
Dave Bran
Cannot be as simple as "Spektrum does not work" as I know many using it that way. Can't help directly as while I have used Phoenix with five differing TX's without any issues at all, none have been Spektrum. Have you tried asking Phoenix Support? (and if not why not, as they are usually quick to respond and do pay attention and help ..................)
Pat (rActive) Harbord
Definitely let Phoenix support know. They have always proved helpful when I've asked them anything

Anthony Billings
Hi guy's, just read this thread and thought I would try mine, and mine works fine. Dx7 Phoenix ver 3.0s just went and changed my chosen model to the spitfire, then went into the system menu, selected "your controls" then "edit profile" and asigned my switches for flaps and gear hit save and away I went.
