ross blackwell
Down here in Tasmania we are not allowed to use certain radios unless sanctioned by our national body:I unwittingly purchased a Walkera-2801Pro s.4Ghz. nice looking radio & not the cheapest.Cannot get it to bind with iether of my Walkera Rx"s?Does any-one have experience with these? Also have a 2.4Ghz Rx without those 2 little antennas(no little l e d to flash) how does that work The Tx does not have a "bind button" All views will be welcome. Ross B. Tassie. Seamus O'Leprosy
What do the people you bought the Walkera radio from say? Sometimes radio manufactures change the way 2.4 works so it's not beyond the realms of possibility that you have two items that are encompatable. ross blackwell
Have been searching for the first hand information about binding my walkera radio & it turns out that the 2801 Tx will bind with other walkera Rx by choosing "said"Rx within the set up on Tx.Guess knowledge is power eh.As a newby to digital & 2.4 gig stuff also some of the information is in "chinglish" not easy to follow. ross blackwell
It would seem that the problem is my lack of knowlrdge about the more modern radios mate: I've only been using a radio where you can dial up different requirements for different rcumstances for a short period of time & am a bit nervous about procedures. Thanks for your interest. Ross B Tassie.
Chris Bott - Moderator
Ross I'm going to move your other posting on this subject into here so there's only one place for the discussion. Cheers Chris Edit: - OK it went in above this message - I'm still learning about modding! ross blackwell
Maybe I should keep a "thread" diary as there are so many to go through each time I log on. Being a slow learner is a distinct disadvantage with computers. But we'll keep trying.
John Privett
Ross, you can 'tick' the box at the bottom of the thread marked, "Send me email notifications when someone replies to this thread." Then - as the caption suggests! - you'll get an email whenever anyone replies on that thread.
