Evening all! Sorry for the delay, last time I checked the fantasygp site they were still awaiting the confirmed results. But now they're there. so let's take a look at our results for this weekend; Pos League Rank Team Manager Pts 1 2 0 Revers Racing Pete B 218 2 4 2 PSS Power Flyer 214 3 9 0 DMFC Racing Team Simon Webb 194 4 6 1 Iqonic racing iqon 192 5 10 0 Mannschaft Carl Brotherton 191 6 5 1 Hidden Cucumber fat brownie 164 7 11 0 LetsGoTotoLetsGo GrumpyGnome 157 8 14 0 GASTON Formula Chris McG 155 = 7 0 teewrex John Tee 155 10 1 0 Essex Racing Tony Clark 150 11 12 0 Norfolk Flyers Kevin Fairgrieve 146 = 15 0 The JP Specials johnpflyrc 146 13 8 0 Pitts Specials john stones 142 14 13 0 Torque of the devil Stu 140 15 3 0 Team Charles Picd Charles Pic 137 16 16 0 Hans Brake Zoonie 101 Top place today is taken by Pete with 218 points. Second is Ade with 214 points. Third is Simon with 194 points. Well done to today's top 3! Looking now at the overall table; Pos League Rank Team Manager Pts 1 1 0 Essex Racing Tony Clark 3610 2 2 0 Revers Racing Pete B 3504 3 3 0 Team Charles Picd Charles Pic 3203 4 4 2 PSS Power Flyer 3179 5 5 1 Hidden Cucumber fat brownie 3171 6 6 1 Iqonic racing iqon 3166 7 7 0 teewrex John Tee 3093 8 8 0 Pitts Specials john stones 3063 9 9 0 DMFC Racing Team Simon Webb 2877 10 10 0 Mannschaft Carl Brotherton 2808 11 11 0 LetsGoTotoLetsGo GrumpyGnome 2764 12 12 0 Norfolk Flyers Kevin Fairgrieve 2739 13 13 0 Torque of the devil Stu 2685 14 14 0 GASTON Formula Chris McG 2632 15 15 0 The JP Specials johnpflyrc 2431 16 16 0 Hans Brake Zoonie 2368 No change in the top 3, so Tony holds on to top place from Pete and Charles. But moving up 2 places to fourth is Ade, which means that fat brownie and iqon both slip down one position to 5th and 6th respectively. All other places remain unchanged. Well that was a dramatic weekend of racing! From the 5 red flags in the delayed qualifying session, to Verstappen taking first place in the main race after starting 17th, with the aborted start, red flag and numerous (real and virtual) safety cars. Amazing what a 'little' rain can do... Next up, in three weeks time, is Las Vegas with it's odd night-time schedule. Qualifying is at 22:00 local time on the Friday, making it 06:00 on Saturday in the UK, with the race at the same times on Saturday night/Sunday morning. -

Evening all, Update on the timetable for qualifying and the race; Qualifying is now delayed due to heavy rain until 10:30 UK-time on Sunday. The race time has also been changed - to avoid rain forecast for late-afternoon - and will be an hour and a half earlier than originally scheduled, at 15:30 UK-time. -

Evening all, Mexico this weekend, and first the customary reminder; Don't forget your predictions! Qualifying is at 22:00 tomorrow, Saturday - so just under 24 hours from now as I write this. Get your predictions in place before then. We've had P1 already today, with Russell setting the best time, just over 3-tenths of a second ahead of Sainz, with Tsunoda 3rd, 7-tenths off Russell's time. Verstappen set 4th fastest ahead of Hulkenberg, with Piastri 6th. Verstappen's session is reported to have ended early due to engine problems. Reserve drivers were out in P1 in place of Hamilton, Leclerc, Norris, Alonso & Guanyu. P2 is at 23:00 today with P3 at 18:30 on Saturday. Sunday's race is at 20:00 UK-time - don't forget, the clocks go back on Sunday morning. Get some predictions in place now, you can always change them up to 22:00 tomorrow if P2 and P3 give any more clues. Good luck everyone! -

Evening all! With today's race being late in the day, the Channel 4 highlights programme doesn't even start until almost 1am tomorrow morning. So I will publish our league results now, but with a 'spoiler' warning; If you don't want to see any clues about today's US Grand Prix result, please read no further! ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ OK, hopefully anybody determined not to see the results will not be browsing the 'net in places where they're likely to see such info anyway! Evening all! Singapore this weekend. With it being a night race, despite the easterly location, everything takes place at "normal" Eurpoean times. But first... Don't forget your predictions! So we've had P1 and P2 today. P1 saw Leclerc setting the fastest time, but only 7 hundredths ahead of Norris. Sainz was next fastest in the other Ferrari with Verstappen 4th fastest. The Mercedes duo were down in 12th and 16th with Hamilton the faster less-slow of the two. P2 was even closer at the top, this time with Norris fastest, but less than 6 hundreths ahead of Leclerc. Again Sainz was 3rd fastest but Verstappen was only 15th. Mercedes improved slightly in P2, with Hamilton 11th, but with Russell crashing and bringing the session to a close after setting 7th fastest time. P3 is tomorrow at 10:30 UK-time. Qualifying follows at 14:00, and Sunday's race is at 13:00. Now go and get those predictions done, and good luck everyone! -

But Chris's initial team selection was good enough, that without being here to make any predictions for most of the season, he's still beating 2 of us in the league - one of those being me! Evening all! Azerbaijan this weekend! (Did I spell that correctly?) So before anything else, the customary reminder; Don't forget your predictions! Norris was 4th with Sainz 5th. P2 saw Leclerc set fastest time, just six-thousandths of a second faster than Perez, with Hamilton 3rd fastest, just 6-hundredths of a second slower.
