David Ashby - Moderator
Hi Chris Most model shops should be able to help or any electric flight specialist retailer. I don't know the charger but assuming it's not Li-Po-only then yes, it should be fine. I assume this is your first electric model and one thing to consider going forward as you accumulate batteries is standardising your battery plugs.I use 4mm gold banana plugs on all my packs just for a simple life
christopher small
Hi DavidThanks for your help, next time I am in Maplins I shall get some gold banana plugs.should make things a little easier, just plug in the lead you need. This is my second electric model the first being an Early Bird electric glider where it was a complete kit.My charger only charges NiCads/NiMh,but in slow charge mode it can go down to 50 ma so should be ok for my 400 ma pack.I have 4 battery packs so I shall try one and see.
