I've found references to a crash/heavy landing in January 2009 here and to another (this incident?) in December 2009 here. But as the thread is labelled "2010" I'm beginning to wonder if it went on for the hat-trick? Actually it seems that following repairs after the first incident it didn't fly until late November 2009, the second incident occuring only a few days later. A third landing incident, though not as serious as the first two, and probably during taxiing rather than the actual landing. Apparently now back in airworthy condition. G'day Major, not a pretty site, the owner certainly has dedication and determination, I get heartbroken when i scatter parts of any of my models along the flying field.
