I first used CB in the UK in 1971, sitting above the dunes at Perranporth, and managed to speak to some Americans. Things have changed! I had pondered the idea of SSTV now that computers are so much cheaper. SSTV must be a breeze these days, and those Italian stations do love sending pictures of their wives! On a serious note, thats a lot of rigs Steve! If you ever fancy flogging a 706, I'm often tempted with one. Other thing that strikes me is...give us all a call!! Diddlydahdidah. inspector9566 Posted April 21, 2011 Share Posted April 21, 2011 M6MUG gone now 2E0MUG for about 6 weeks now, Still using 10w 2m but the 50w for HF is very welcome. now working towards my full licence it might take a while, although there is no time limit its a hobby but it is also a goal i want to achive. 73s for now.
