sharpy1071
Hi there I fear that this might be a short thread!! I went flying last Thursday and found a battery was not performing well. Brought it home checked it and found a cell had died on it, the battery was less than a month old. I e-mailed HK on Fri 9/8/13 and had a reply almost immediately to take photos of said battery being tested. Which i sent off Fri afternoon. Sunday received an email saying battery was U/S and did I wish a replacement or credit. Sent back straight away to say a replacement battery please and on Monday was told it was all in hand. This morning14/08/13 the Royal Mail delivered a new replacement battery. That is what I called good service and feel when this happens it deserves recognition, thank you Hobby King. kevin b
No complaints about HK so far, apart from the nauseating videos that is, but that's modern life for you. kevinb. old git dept
FlyinBrian
Sounds like HK are softening their response to battery problems, they have always said once you start to use a battery then no matter what happens thats it. As a matter of course when I receive batteries I check the individual cell voltages then do a charge / discharge to check capacity - so far I have had no issues - other than batteries rarely reaching their stated capacity. Latest example is two Life 2 cell 700mah batteries which only take / give 590 mah
