Stephen Harrison
Howdy! Bought this complete kit as a winter project while the dinghy racing gets a bit chilly. The cnc formers and wood pack turned up within a couple of days and the vac formed bits a day later but after a week and an email no plans so bar building a building board ready to lay the keel I'm twiddling my itchy thumbs. Fingers crossed they'll turn up soon.

Bucksboy
I've built two of these, they fly really well. I take it off by sliding it off the ground and from a dolly, this is a bit easier. I recovered the body with fibreglass this summer, last winter I flew it in the snow and the balsa suffered. When it's in the air it's a real head turner, the noise from the four motors sounds great too. It's a straight forward build, I built the floats so that they are attached by magnets, if they get knocked, they fall off and can be easily be reattached. If you have any problems, just ask. Stephen Harrison
Not a massive start granted but a start none the less. After a careful look over the plans sprawled over the front room floor and much head s ratching looking for exactly how or where to start I've gone through the supplied wood pack to check it over and glued the front 4.5mm fuselage sides. On the plan it refers to overlapping the 4.5mm balsa with the 3mm, does anyone have a suggsztion as to how much of an overlap their should be and how best to overlap the panels? In the mean time while tha dries I'll dry assemble f5, f6, and f7 with the wing support ws1.

Eric Robson
It depends on the questions, until you state what the problems are no one can help.
