Nigel Herron Posted October 7, 2013 Share Posted October 7, 2013 Hi Can anyone point me in the right direction of a previous article from RCM&E about a battery mods for doubling up on receiver batteries for using electric retracts or similar I'm sure i've seen it in the last 18-20 months but for the life of me i cant find it. any help would be greatty appreciated Nige. Bob Cotsford Posted October 7, 2013 Share Posted October 7, 2013 The retract +ve and -ve go to a separate battery with -ve and signal going to the receiver. I use a Y lead with the two sockets connecting the retracts and retract battery/switch, then the plug of the Y goes to the receiver using a short extension with the +ve lead disconnected.
