Erfolg Posted October 7, 2013 Share Posted October 7, 2013 I have just purchased a BH Gilmore special. Has anybody converted a black Horse Gilmore Special from IC to electric? The information I am particularly interested in is as follows. Motor used, Kv, watt rating Propeller size Lipo size, capacity, number of cells ie 4s. ESC rating as a starting point. The next set of data is more practical in nature. How Lipo area was created and how the Lipo was held. Where the ESC was located Motor mounting details The final bit of data, was a arming/shorting plug used, if so where was it mounted and how. Is there a thread on the model?
