Metal backed spinner

Hi guys, anyone know where I could source a metal backed spinner in a dome shape? got loads of pointy things but they're going on a Mosquito and they just don't look good. The plastic thingy's look ok but it's quite a large model and only metal backed would do for balancing purposes.

I'm not completely sure I understand what you're after - whether its a spinner with a metal backplate, or a domed spinner with a metal backplate or a metal domed spinner!

But if its the first one - I've used these and found them good.

I hunted for ages for my ASM 1/10 Lanc as I am using 13X8 contra rotating props so wanted them without prop cutouts. Worked out really well and was happy with the quality. I think that there may be a couple of size options as well.

I think he wants a spinner that is scale looking with the outline of the main body that covers the vp bits on the full size to be scale looking. ie dome shaped.

Dependent on the size of the model, try the brian taylor mosquito spinners, I know one of the mags bought his copyright and they sell the spinners. They used to be all alloy btw. I have one for the FW somewhere and it's a work of art.

Thanks guys, Shaun those spinners are exactly what I'm looking for, however just a tadge too large for my project. Biggles, those are the spinners I have, really good, but pointy. Luke, I've bought those spinners before from Area 51, and they are really good value for metal spinners. Not what I really want but I think they're the closest I'm gonna get, other than getting a bespoke set.
